Comfort Inn Anderson South

I've had an excellent stay for 5 nights. It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with closet space, a king bed, a very sizable minifridge and that's great. This location was particularly good, close enough to restaurants and the casino, and the casino:)))

Room was not cleaned, hair in the sink and the sheet. Changed rooms, carpet had a large 18" red spot. Looked like dried up vomitt. Credit card was double charged, took 10 days to clear.

Smelled like something was burning all night to the point I had to sleep with the window open for air. So close to interstate 69 that even with the window closed I could hear the semi easily.

Wanted upgrade for 30 year anniversary couldn't get it.

Front desk staff not knowledgeable, also talked a lot about how he was worried about his jaw being swollen and asked me if I could tell and made it very awkward

The bed was wonderful - very relaxing and the AC worked well.

The smell in the hotel was overpoweringly awful. Staff at front desk upon check in was less than friendly and non-attentive. Later that day there was no one at the desk for over 5 minutes

Double room had upgrades, it was updated and functional. Its location was indeed marvellous and only 5 minutes walk from Hoosier Park.

location was excellent. very near expressway and close to lots of restaurants.

Room and sheets smelled like smoke. Toilet, showers, and sink were not clean.

Family getaway with ups and downs

The staff here are amazing! They helped us out when we had issues with our first room by moving us without a fuss, that's real customer service, folks.

I loved how my room was super quiet, which helped me catch some great z's. The indoor pool was a nice way to unwind after my day, and I appreciated the little safe in the room for my valuables. The only small issue was the gravy at breakfast wasn’t my favorite, but there were plenty of other tasty options! 😊

my granddaughter an her husband was with me i had arranged a room for them it was nice like mine an they enjoyed the pool an spa.

I wish i had had a mircowave in my room that is all. when people came in upstairs above my room they were very noisy sounded like they were stomping on floor an droping things but only for about an hour was a noise from up there then quite so not to bad

I enjoyed the spacious deluxe king suite. the mini fridge was a nice touch! Everything was clean and quiet, making my stay comfortable. Would go back again!
